MPS – recommended for Cold List campaigns.

Dedupe – can be run at person/household/surname household level.

Exclusions – any rules can be applied, we can program client specific requests e.g. over 5 miles form a client’s local branch, age restrictions, customers who have spent £xx in the last year, PO Box, hoax, ‘banned words’, company, prisons etc.

Suppressions – permanent or temporary matches. Deceased records can be removed, goneaways can be removed.

Address Tracking – find customers / prospects at their new address.

New Occupiers – append contact details for people that have moved
into that address – this is a great tool.

Match against PAF (Royal Mail’s 28million record Postal Address File) –
to check that the address exits and to append the DPS needed for any
CBC Mailsort barcode.

Address Correction – we can append postcodes, correct postcodes, correct full address.

Create Look up Tables – these can be required when preparing records for lasering e.g. a list of insurance rates based on age and gender or a local branch in the data stored as a number requires a look up table so the actual branch address can be derived from the branch number.

Database Management – can be maintained with full mailing and transactional history. They are cleaned by suppressing returned mail immediately.

Data selections from a Database - can involve many variables for each record such as gender, age, income, how good a customer (or potential customer) it is decided they are, their geographic location, when they were last selected / mailed.

Campaign analysis – to ensure that the client has total control, we provide a complete service of planning through to results analysis. We can help build the data strategy, help agree the marketing plan. Provide recommendations on data list sourcing and organise the purchase of data on your behalf. Full post-campaign results using matchback processes and provide recommendations to feed back into the next campaign.

Mailsort – sorting the data into the different geographic selections, so mail can be presented part-sorted in exchange for postage discount. We can offer all Mailsort services and work with Royal Mail and the various downstream access guys such as TNT / UK Mail / DHL / Citipost / Target.
